Terms of Service

This application is operated privately by Jason Schumann, Stuttgart, Germany, for the sole purpose of publishing and analysing the operator's own short-form videos. It is not offered to the public and has no users other than the operator.

By connecting a TikTok account, the operator agrees that public statistics of that account's own videos are read via the TikTok Display API and stored on the operator's server.

The application does not access other accounts and does not share data with third parties. The connection can be revoked at any time in the platform's app settings or within the application.

Publishing

TrendMesh can publish videos to the operator's own accounts (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels). Only videos the operator produced and approved himself are uploaded, together with a caption he wrote. Before every upload the operator sees a preview and confirms it explicitly; nothing is published without that confirmation, and no content is deleted or modified. The operator is responsible for holding the rights to the material and for following each platform's rules, including its music usage policy.

Liability

The tool is provided as is, for the operator's own use. Statistics are taken from the platforms' interfaces and may be delayed or incomplete.
